How do you initiate a Warranty request?
All warranties MUST be started by the retailer where you purchased your mattress. Refer to your receipt from purchase for store contact information.
You may continue to initiate your warranty claim here online if any of the following is true:
- My Retailer has closed
- My retailer is not currently selling ISP products
- My retailer has told me to call ISP
- I have moved more than 50 miles from the original delivery address
What you’ll need to get started:
You will need to have your purchase receipt along with the law tag information available to complete this form. There is a law tag on both the mattress and box spring.
What will happen next?
The information that you provide in this form will be reviewed by the IL Sleep (ISP) warranty team Monday–Friday, 9am–4pm (ET) and you will be contacted within a reasonable amount of time with next steps. In some cases there may be an inspection fee as well as a delivery fee if approved for a replacement.
